UWAGA NOWOŚĆ OD ROKU 2022

W związku z rozpoczęciem nowej Karty Erasmusa na lata 2021-2027 zostaną wprowadzone nowe metody oraz zasady funkcjonowania mobilności w ramach programu Erasmus+. W ramach nowej karty zostaje wprowadzony tzw. Erasmus Without Paper. Jedną z ważniejszych inicjatyw które są częścią Erasmus Without Paper jest *Online Learning Agreement.

Od roku 2022 tworzenie Learning Agreement wyłącznie z wersji online (bez drukowania i ręcznego podpisywania dokumentu). Learning Agreement w wersji online należy wypełnić wchodzą na stronę https://learning-agreement.eu

LEARNING AGREEMENT FOR STUDIES

Student wyjeżdżający na studia w ramach Erasmus+ musi zarejestrować się na stronie za pomocą swojego adresu e-mail i wypełnić swój Online Learning Agreement, (w miejscu Chosen Identity Provider proszę wybrać: Medical University of Gdańsk), a następnie po podpisaniu go w wersji elektronicznej zatwierdzić przyciskiem na dole strony pod okienkiem przeznaczonym na podpis.

Po tym jak student zatwierdzi swój Online Learning Agreement, dokument pojawia się w narzędziu o nazwie Erasmus Dashboard gdzie Koordynator Zakładowy sprawdzi, a w razie konieczności poprawek odeśle OLA do studenta wraz z komentarzem co należy poprawić.

Student powinien nanieść wszystkie poprawki i po zatwierdzeniu, OLA znów pojawia się na koncie koordynatora. Zakładowy Koordynator ma możliwość podpisać i ostatecznie odesłać OLA do uczelni zagranicznej lub odrzucić OLA w całości jeżeli student nie zastosował się do zalecanych zmian.

KTO MOŻE WYJECHAĆ?

Każdy student GUMed ma prawo skorzystać z wyjazdu na studia w ramach programu Erasmus+ do partnerów, z którymi GUMed ma podpisane umowy bilateralne. Lista uczelni znajduje się w EXTRANET

UBEZPIECZENIE

Przed wyjazdem na studia Erasmus+ trzeba również wykupić ubezpieczenie od Następstw Nieszczęśliwych Wypadków – NNW oraz ubezpieczenie Odpowiedzialności Cywilnej – OC (często wybieraną opcją jest ubezpieczenie ISIC lub Euro26), a także uzyskać ubezpieczenie zdrowotne. W oddziałach NFZ wydawana jest bezpłatnie Europejska Karta Ubezpieczenia Zdrowotnego (EKUZ), dzięki której student ma możliwość korzystania z podstawowej opieki medycznej za granicą, tak samo jak gdyby korzystał z usług NFZ w Polsce.

NA JAK DŁUGO MOŻNA WYJECHAĆ?

Każdy student ma prawo spędzić 12 miesięcy za granicą w ramach programu Erasmus+ na każdym cyklu studiów (studenci medycyny i farmacji w sumie 24 miesięcy). Kwalifikacje na wyjazdy na SMS odbywają się raz w roku w miesiącu marcu, o czym studenci są informowani mailem.

DOFINANSOWANIE

1. Wsparcie finansowe indywidualne w ramach programu Erasmus+ przyznane studentom zależy od czasu trwania oraz kraju docelowego mobilności zgodnie z wytycznymi Narodowej Agencji Programu Erasmus+, a także od przyznanego budżetu w ramach danego wniosku

2. Studenci o mniejszych szansach (znajdujący się w trudnej sytuacji materialnej – stypendium socjalne oraz z orzeczonym stopniem niepełnosprawności) otrzymują dopłatę uzupełniającą do wsparcia indywidualnego w ramach dofinansowania z programu Erasmus+ zgodnie z wytycznymi Narodowej Agencji Programu Erasmus+.

3. Każdy student ma prawo do ubiegania się o jednorazową dopłatę „Green Travel” w związku z korzystaniem z ekologicznych środków transportu (podróż do oraz z kraju docelowego) uznawanymi w Programie Erasmus+ tj: autobus, pociąg, rower, a także carpooling (wspólna podróż osób na tej samej trasie i w tym samym celu, samochodem jednego ze współpasażerów). Podróż innymi środkami komunikacji nie spełnia tych warunków. W celu uzyskania dopłaty należy dostarczyć do Działu Współpracy Międzynarodowej Oświadczenie Green Travel.

NEW RULES FROM 2022

In connection with the launch of the new Erasmus Charter for 2021-2027, new methods and rules of mobility under the Erasmus + program will be introduced. As part of the new card, the Erasmus Without Paper comes into force. One of the most important initiatives that are part of Erasmus Without Paper is Online Learning Agreement.

From 2022, students can create a Learning Agreement only in the online version (no printing and manual signing of the document). Online Learning Agreement must be completed on the website “https://learning-agreement.eu”: https: //learning-agreement.eu

A student who takes part in study under Erasmus+ must register on the website using his e-mail address and fill in his Online Learning Agreement (in the Chosen Identity Provider, please select: Medical University of Gdańsk), and then after signing it in the electronic version, approve at the bottom of the page under the signature window.

After approval of his Online Learning Agreement, the document appears in a tool called Erasmus Dashboard, where the Department Coordinator will check and, if necessary, send OLA back to the student with a comment on what should be corrected.

The student should apply all corrections and after approval, OLA reappears on the coordinator’s account. The Company Coordinator has the option of signing and finally returning OLA to a foreign university or rejecting OLA in its entirety if the student has not complied with the recommended changes.

DATES IN THE DOCUMENT MUST REFLECT EXACT DATES OF STAY IN THE PARTNER UNIVERSITY ABROAD

Students can benefit of an exchange abroad with Erasmus+ multiple times, either as a student or as a trainee, but your total time abroad (study abroad periods included) may not exceed 12 months within one cycle of study- so in the case of medicine and pharmacy – 24 months. You can study only in our European Partners – the list of all universities you will find in extranet. Qualification is once a year in March. All students are informed by e-mail.

MOBILITY FUNDING

1. The individual Erasmus+ financial support granted to students depends on duration and destination country of the mobility in accordance with the guidelines of the Erasmus+ National Agency, as well as on the allocated budget of the application.

2. Students with fewer opportunities (who are in a difficult financial situation – social grant and with a declared disability) receive a supplementary payment to individual support under the Erasmus+ grant in accordance with the guidelines of the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Program

3. Each student is entitled to apply for a one-time surcharge “Green Travel” in connection with the use of environmentally friendly means of transport (travel to and from the country of destination) recognized in the Erasmus+ Program, i.e.: bus, train, bicycle, as well as carpooling (joint travel of people on the same route and for the same purpose, in the car of one of the co-passengers). Travel by other means of transportation does not meet these conditions. In order to obtain a surcharge, a Green Travel Statement must be provided to the International Cooperation Department.
